This PeopleSoft error: Process Profile defined for user ID is invalid took a little bit to figure out. Setting up a new user for an outside vendor to access our PeopleSoft environment. If you do a search for this error you the first result is this. Which is a little misleading since there isn’t much context and I assumed I was changing the actual Permission Lists and not this setting at the bottom of the page. Hopefully this explanation will help you.
While setting my integration up I missed this one setting that caused the issue. On the User Profiles page for that user there is a Process Profile section towards the bottom of the General tab.
Once corrected the PeopleSoft error: Process Profile defined for user ID is invalid (65,111) was eliminated. This is just a beginning of PeopleSoft errors that hopefully I can expand on and document.
